movement as an inner necessity
For Evelin Ainomäe, movement has never been simply about staying in shape or physical exertion. It has been part of her lifestyle, her sense of wellbeing, and her inner balance. Over the years, sport, body awareness, and discipline have been a natural part of her life and have helped shape both her mindset and her daily habits. Today, movement is also closely connected to Evelin’s longevity mindset. Movement, recovery, conscious nutrition, and caring for the skin all hold an important place in her world.
“Movement, recovery, and conscious choices are not separate topics for me, but part of how to maintain vitality, clarity, and a sense of wellbeing over time.”

“Movement, recovery, and conscious choices are not separate topics for me, but part of how to maintain vitality, clarity, and a sense of wellbeing over time.”
In recent years, one of Evelin’s greatest goals has become her journey into competitive ballroom dance. Ballroom dance is not a casual hobby, but a childhood dream that is only now beginning to come true. Competitive dance captivated her from a very young age, but at the time it was not possible for her to truly pursue it. Today, it has become a very personal and demanding challenge in her life.
dance as a new journey
What draws Evelin to dance is not only its beauty and aesthetics, but also its technical complexity. In her words, competitive ballroom dance is a masterclass in body control, where both the body and the mind are working at the same time. That is precisely what makes it such a compelling field for her. She is not looking for the easy path, but for a challenge that demands constant growth.
For Evelin, dance is something more than a skill. It is a state she can enter through movement. When she dances, tension falls away, the mind finds rest, and in its place come creativity, lightness, and new energy. That is why dance affects her like therapy. It is a place where dreams, effort, and freedom meet all at once.
discipline and consistency
Whether it’s physical form, skin quality, or growth in dance, consistency and hard work are key. She believes that change does not happen overnight, and even the most inspiring dreams require dedicated work.
In practice, this means training, repetition, refining technique, and listening to her body. It also means the ability to tolerate discomfort, stay with the process, and not give up when progress feels slow or the goal feels too big. It is exactly because of this mindset that she has repeatedly said that some of her goals have been so extreme that achieving them requires extreme consistency and discipline.
a journey toward greater goals
What began as one unexpected promise to learn pasodoble has by now grown into something much bigger. That first performance did not remain a one-time experience for Evelin, but opened the door to an entirely new world,
one she has been moving deeper into step by step. Dance has become a personal challenge, a goal, and a passion that is being pursued through consistent and serious work.
Today, the center of this journey is the PRO-AM format, which brings together an amateur and a professional dancer and opens the possibility of moving forward on an international level as well. The opportunity to step onto the stage with five-time world champion Marius Andrei Balan clearly shows how far this journey has already come.
For Evelin, it means being continuously ready to move toward greater challenges.
