FOREVER
YOUNG

an intimate evening where we discovered a new era of skincare and youthful beauty

What Makes the Doctor BABOR PRO Collection Truly Transformational

Already last spring, I knew that by the end of the year a completely renewed DOCTOR BABOR PRO collection would be joining the BABOR brand portfolio. The preliminary information was striking. Having actively explored the topic of longevity for the past few years, I was genuinely fascinated when I saw the active ingredients and complexes introduced in the preview — elements that today are considered essential for longevity and maximum vitality. Words like exosomes, sirtuins, NAD+, resveratrol, and more immediately stood out. I realized that the same complexes I had been consuming internally as supplements for some time were now making their way into DOCTOR BABOR PRO products. I was joyful and amazed.

In order to be authorized to distribute these products in Estonia and Latvia at the earliest opportunity, I once again had to complete advanced-level trainer and expert examinations at BABOR headquarters in Aachen in May, followed by additional training in Madrid in the autumn. Once this was completed, I eagerly awaited the moment when we could place our order and finally bring these products to our clients.

Why does this new skincare collection excite me so deeply? Quite simply, because skincare has now reached a point where we can truly talk about making the skin rejuvenate. We are creating a cellular environment similar to what existed when the cell was young… and isn’t that incredible??? As a result, after using these products for some time, we can genuinely observe that the skin becomes visibly younger.

How the FOREVER YOUNG beauty evening came together

To introduce this innovation to the public, I organized a luxurious and intimate beauty evening in collaboration with our valued partner, Telegraaf Hotel, held in the hotel’s lounge. The event was titled FOREVER YOUNG. The format was deliberately intimate and warm, with only 25 guests invited. Believe me, making the guest list was not easy. Nevertheless, the evening came together beautifully, and the event was honored by the presence of guests such as Kristiina Ojuland, Evelin Ilves, Karmen Pedaru, Liisu Lass, Mart Eller, and others.

Although I have organized many events, I always feel a sense of tension and responsibility beforehand. Will it meet expectations? Will the guests be satisfied? And since I had arrived from Oman just a few days earlier, I was slightly stressed, wondering whether all preparations had been completed and nothing overlooked.

The morning began at the hair salon, where my friend and hairstylist Sülle colored and styled my hair. We spent quite some time discussing what to do this time. Although my personal favorite hairstyle is a simple ponytail, Sülle created a far more elevated and refined version of it. From there, I headed to Telegraaf Hotel, where my favorite makeup artist, Katrin Sangla, was waiting for me. When discussing my outfit, I could only shrug — I had brought a large suitcase containing three Kirill Safonov dresses, each with its own distinct style, along with a selection of shoes in different colors. Katrin created a makeup look that would complement any of my choices, and once the final touches were set with powder, I began trying on the dresses. Along the way, I even managed to tear my stockings, a reminder that small mishaps are always part of the process. I ultimately chose my longtime favorite: a charcoal-grey princess dress, always a reliable and elegant choice.

Understanding skin rejuvenation at the cellular level

As I considered what to present, the main question was how detailed the product information should be. How do you explain the effects of the products without becoming overly scientific or technical? I therefore focused on the core message — that today it is truly possible to stimulate skin rejuvenation. I also provided a brief introduction to key terms such as exosomes, NAD+, and sirtuins. These are words many of us recognize, yet often without fully understanding what lies behind them.

Here is a short “cheat sheet”: advanced scientific skincare works at the cellular level — it supports processes within the cell, increases intracellular energy (NAD+), supports the function of sirtuins, and stimulates exosomes, which are responsible for intracellular communication by delivering signals such as renew, repair, and regenerate.

Following the product presentation, the floor was given to our Tartu trainer and owner of BABOR Beauty Spa Tartu, skin expert Eve Konsap. She introduced BABOR’s innovative skin diagnostic technology, which allows both deeper analysis of the skin and examination of its surface structure. It enables measurement of skin lipids (sebum levels), pores, wrinkles, and pigmentation, as well as skin dryness and the amount of dead skin cells on the surface. Guests at the beauty evening had the opportunity to undergo this skin analysis on site.

Our Babor Beauty Spa Tallinn beautician, Karin, introduced the DOCTOR BABOR PRO treatment and offered a soothing hand ritual for the evening’s guests: warm towels, an exfoliating acid peel, and a massage with nourishing cream — exactly what everyone’s hands need, especially when the temperature outside is –10°C.

Atmosphere filled with music and memorable moments

The atmosphere of the entire evening was warm and inviting. The wonderful musical duo Kalev Karlson and Sten Valdmaa enhanced the entire experience. The sounds of trombone and guitar, paired with well-known classical pieces, gently filled the space, perfectly complemented by high-quality Crémant provided by Best Wine and longevity-inspired appetizers prepared by Tchaikovski Restaurant.

The final touch was the presence of renowned photographer Erlend Staub, who captured the entire evening beautifully. Thanks to his work, the gallery offers a stunning overview of the event.

Guests departed with gift bags containing a complete skincare routine featuring the new longevity-class Doctor Babor PRO products. In my view, the evening was simply wonderful.

I am deeply grateful to my entire team and to all the guests. I would also like to extend special thanks to Rita, thanks to whom we have been able to create many unforgettable moments at Telegraaf over the years.
